Ventria
Glazed Casement Solution
The Ventria is a low cost solution for glazed applications where concealed controls are not required. The ventilator can be used both for smoke and day-to-day ventilation.
The Ventria extracts large volumes of smoke, utilizing the buoyancy of hot gases in the rising plume. Natural day-to-day ventilation is driven by pressure differences to move fresh air through the building. Pressure differences are caused by wind or the buoyancy effect created by temperature differences commonly known as the “stack effect”.
The Ventria is available in standard or thermally broken versions, with infill panels of glass or insulated aluminium with a maximum thickness of 40mm. The Ventria is suitable for installation from 15 to 90 degrees, electrically or pneumatically controlled.
